It has definitely been a while since the site first went up and needless to say, it has laid somewhat dormant since that time. Recently a slew of new features and improvements have been added that we think will be very useful to golfers. Rather than go on, I think a list may be in order..
- New advanced score keeper!
RR is proud to announce the addition of one of the most advanced golf score keepers on the web. Track each and every putt, fairway in regulation and penalty shot or just quickly record your scores. All your stats are tracked so you can see how well your game is doing overall or how well you're playing at a particular course. The scorebook is a feature that will constantly be improved with more advanced stats, graphs, and hole-by-hole average information in the future.

Create a list of courses that you want to play in the future on your RR wish list!

- Course Change Log!
See who updated what on each course and when!

- Re-done profile pages!
You can see which courses your friends have played, which courses they want to play as well as all their favorite courses broken down by state and country. You can also check out their course reviews here and the coolest part, you can see all their played/wishlisted/favorited courses on a map to get a geographic idea of where they have been and where they want to go!
- Review voting!
Now you can cast your vote on a course review. Did you find a review helpful? Let everyone know!

- Trusted reviewer program!
This is related to the review voting above. If enough of your fellow golfers find your reviews helpful, you will become a trusted reviewer on Rough Report. There are three levels of trusted reviewer: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Your trusted reviewer icon will be shown on all areas of the site!
- Social Profiles & Groups!
It's like MySpace but for golf! Add friends and leave messages for them, share photos in your gallery or join/create a group to chat with others with similar interests.

- Improved Map Browser!
Use our map browser to look for courses via a Google Maps interface. You can also apply various filters in real-time to your map results to only see the courses you are interested in!

- Improved Course Browser!
If you prefer seeing a list to a map, our new Course Browser is perfect for you! You have the same great filtering options but you'll see all the course information in a convenient list format.
- New Tournaments Calendar!
Now you can list the tournaments happening at your local course right on Rough Report. They will be shown on the course page as well as on the calendar!

- New Member Search!
Look for members that live close by, that have a certain amount of experience or that are a particular age amongst other options. This is a great way to find fellow golfers in your area.

- New RSS Feeds!
Keep tabs on course reviews in your area or keep an eye on any updates to courses you're interested in.
