Pros: Top of the line conditions. Awesome Donald Ross design. Home of the Brighton Barons golf team!!

Cons: Private. 9th hole finishes as far from clubhouse as you can be.

Other Thoughts: Consistently rated one of the top courses in NY, everything that makes Donald Ross courses great (and tough) are here. Deep bunkers, and elevated greens abound. If you keep the ball in play, you can score well. There is room to spray the ball in the parts of the course where the holes run parallel, but on holes 5-10, you better select your club wisely and play with someone with local knowledge. I've hit many a shot that I though was perfect, only to be completely blocked out, in a bunker, or on the side of a hill. The 18 hole was redone last year adding some extra distance to a gorgeous finishing hole.
